The Position As an appointment setter at Platsa, you are often the first voice our clients encounter. You are the one who sparks interest, builds trust, and creates new opportunities through proactive contact with potential business clients. In your work, you focus on booking meetings with new B2B clients across various industries, driving dialogues through cold calls, and working systematically in our CRM system to follow up on leads. You primarily work from home with the phone and computer as your main tools and maintain close contact with your colleagues. The team also gathers regularly at our office in Gothenburg for joint meetings where we share successes, learn from each other, and gain new energy together.

You have experience with cold calls B2B, work independently, and drive your work with structure and personal responsibility. Requirements
Experience with cold calls B2B
Experience with CRM systems
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious
Experience in the recruitment industry
